Le Tetalab vous invite à participer à l'université d'après-midi d'automne, **du mercredi 31 octobre au dimanche 4 novembre** à Mix'Art Myrys.
|
||||
|
||||
Plusieurs espaces seront amenagés afin d'accueillir des cours et des ateliers d'initiation autour de divers sujets proposés par les intervenants
|
||||
(Tetalab, TVBruits, Proyectarium, Mix'Art Myrys).
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
Les ateliers se dérouleront de 14h à 20h du mercredi au samedi.
|
||||
|
||||
Le dimanche, nous nous retrouverons de 14h à 17h pour des restitutions (ateliers KINO et animation 3D), un moment de debrief et un apéro de clôture.
|
||||

From 2011 to 2014, Tetalab participated in a radio show called «Le Bit et le couteau» (The bit and the knive, a word play with ["La bite et le couteau"](https://www.reddit.com/r/French/comments/1v7651/french_expressions_you_wont_learn_in_school_an/)) which was on air every 3 weeks.
|
||||
During the show guests were present and topics like IT security, network neutrality were brought.
|
||||
|
||||
While the show was live, listeners were able to ask questions to guests and bring more detailed informations about present topic.
|
||||

#### Webcam Minitel <a id="webcam"></a>
|
||||
|
||||
Minitel (a 80's pure French tech Internet ancestor) is very loved at Tetalab. We were even enough lucky to unbox a brand new one !
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
While the minitel was and still is the French Tech flagship (:D), it always missed an important peripheral device: A webcam.
|
||||
|
||||
Challenge accepted! Fabrice, Renaud, PG and Phil made a WebCam2Minitel interface.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
Needed :

* An arduino

||||
* A minitel
|
||||
* A PC computer with a [Processing](https://processing.org/) installation
|
||||
* A webcam

||||
|
||||
On the DIN wire available with the pink Minitel device available at Tetalab, pin identifications are as follows:

#### Binary Hero <a id="binary"></a>

||||
|
||||
|
||||
Binary hero is a game inspired from Guitar Hero. Its goal is the binary transcription of a decimal digit using switches.
|
||||
|
||||
This project takes origin in an old processor experimentation board (well I think it was and at least it looked good and vintage), the will of experimentating
|
||||
the [TVout](https://code.google.com/p/arduino-tvout/) library (Who had never dreamed of building his own console ?)
|
||||
|
||||
The real originality of this project is its game controler: An old processor exprimentation board (or something like this, noone knows). Using this board had a meaning; Reuse as many components as possible.

||||

#### LedPong <a id="ledpong"></a>

|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
LedPong is a low-res screen driven by an arduino using serial port, a 433 characters long string and Z-protocol.
|
||||
|
||||
The Arduino processes the string and changes it to an I2C command transmited on each column of the LedPong screen.
|
||||
|
||||
To allow PWM usage for each led, each column of leds of the LedPong is controled by a MAX7313.
|
||||
|

Tetalab a mené une chronique radio appelée «Le Bit et le couteau» toutes les 3 semaines, 13h20 / 14H, sur Canal Sud de octobre 2011 à novembre 2014.

Durant celle ci furent abordées des questions de sécurité informatique, de neutralité du net, avec la présence d'un(e) invité(e).

||||

Les auditeurs étaient invités à poser des questions en direct et apporter leurs compléments sur les sujets traités durant l'émission via pad.

Le minitel au Tetalab on adore; nous avons même eu la chance de pouvoir déballer un minitel 1 neuf.
|

|

Cependant il manquait un périphérique important à ce fleuron de la technologies Français, une Webcam. Fabrice, Renaud, PG et Phil ont réalisé un interface WebCam => Minitel.
|
||||
|
||||

||||

#### Binary Hero <a id="binary"></a>

Binary hero est un jeu inspiré de Guitar Hero, le but est de transcrire un nombre décimal en binaire sur des interrupteurs a bascule.
|
||||
|
||||
Les origines de ce projet sont :

La récupération une vielle platine d’expérimentation pour processeur, enfin je crois, en tout cas cette plaque à une bonne tête et de plus possède une apparence bien vintage !

Une envie d’expérimenter la librairie [TVout](https://code.google.com/p/arduino-tvout/) (qui n’a jamais rêvé de créer simplement sa propre console de jeu).
|
||||
|
||||
L’originalité de ce projet est le contrôleur de jeu: une vielle plaque d’expérimentation pour processeur (ou autre chose, je suis pas sur). Le but de l'utilisation de cette plaquet était la réutilisation d'un maximum de composants.

|
||||
Le LedPong est un écran à basse résolution, piloté sur port série depuis un Arduino à partir d'une chaîne de 433 charactères grâce au Z-Protocol.
|
||||
|
||||
Un Arduino transforme cette chaîne en commande I2C qui sera transmise sur chaque colonne du LedPong.
|
||||
|
||||
Chacune de ces colonnes est contrôlées par un MAX7313 afin de permettre une utilisation en PWM de chaque led du LedPong.
|
||||
|

Tetalab operates on the principle of "just do it" and consensus.
|
||||
|
||||
Tetalab is a place for anyone who wants to learn and practice hacking. The Tetalab must be a welcoming and safe place for anyone who wants to learn and experiment.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 1 - We are nice but not lax
|
||||
|
||||
One of the reasons for the existence of the Tetalab is to allow meetings/gatherings to take place. Yet, it is NOT meant as a place to chill out.
|
||||
|
||||
Breaking things is tolerated! For example if you install things on the machines available to the members and they break, it is not a problem, we will teach you how to repair them and to find a solution so that it does not happen any more. We are not a company, and we know that our experiments can lead to failures, these experiences are also beneficial in order to reach the final result. It is important that all people who practice at Tetalab feel at ease in this place. As a result, each member will avoid reproducing patterns of oppression that can be experienced elsewhere. (classism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, transphobia, validism, agism, motherfuckism, authoritarian, etc.). Candaulism is nevertheless tolerated.

#### DISAGREEMENT (« I agree that we don’t agree »)
|
||||
|
||||
If you disagree with another member of the community, you should try to discuss your differences. If you can not work on your differences one-on-one, you should consider mediating with a third party. If someone asks you to leave him alone or to stop a behavior that is directed towards him, do it. This person may be working on a project, or have some experience running at the moment.
|
||||
|
||||
Any unwanted conduct continuously directed at another person is considered harassment, and harassment in any form is not tolerated within Tetalab.
|
||||
|
||||

#### 0 - Rule 0
|
||||
Tetalab operates on the principle of "just do it" and consensus.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
Tetalab is a place for anyone who wants to learn and practice
|
||||
hacking.
|
||||
The Tetalab must be a welcoming and safe place for anyone who
|
||||
wants to learn and experiment.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 1 - We are nice but not lax
|
||||
|
||||
One of the reasons for the existence of the Tetalab is to allow
|
||||
meetings/gatherings to take place. Yet, it is NOT meant as a
|
||||
place to chill out.
|
||||
|
||||
Breaking things is tolerated! For example if you install things
|
||||
on the machines available to the members and they break, it is
|
||||
not a problem, we will teach you how to repair them and to find
|
||||
a solution so that it does not happen any more.
|
||||
We are not a company, and we know that our experiments can lead
|
||||
to failures, these experiences are also beneficial in order to
|
||||
reach the final result.
|
||||
It is important that all people who practice at Tetalab feel at
|
||||
ease in this place. As a result, each member will avoid
|
||||
reproducing patterns of oppression that can be experienced
|
||||
elsewhere. (classism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism,
|
||||
transphobia, validism, agism, motherfuckism, authoritarian,
|
||||
etc.). Candaulism is nevertheless tolerated.
|
||||
|
||||
#### DISAGREEMENT (« I agree that we don’t agree »)
|
||||
|
||||
If you disagree with another member of the community, you should
|
||||
try to discuss your differences.
|
||||
If you can not work on your differences one-on-one, you should
|
||||
consider mediating with a third party.
|
||||
If someone asks you to leave him alone or to stop a behavior
|
||||
that is directed towards him, do it. This person may be working
|
||||
on a project, or have some experience running at the moment.
|
||||
|
||||
Any unwanted conduct continuously directed at another person is
|
||||
considered harassment, and harassment in any form is not
|
||||
tolerated within Tetalab.
|
||||
|
||||
#### EXCLUSION
|
||||
|
||||
If someone acts in a manner inconsistent with this "guidelines",
|
||||
you are encouraged to ask this person:
|
||||
* to re-read it,
|
||||
* and if the behavior persists, to leave the place.
|
||||
Any kind of harassment and oppression will result in an
|
||||
immediate, definitive and non-negociatiable exclusion from the
|
||||
Tetalab.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
#### 2 – Participating and becoming a member
|
||||
|
||||
You do not have to be a member of Tetalab to participate in the
|
||||
activities it organizes (workshops, events, etc.).
|
||||
If you regularly attend Tetalab you should consider becoming a
|
||||
member. See the dedicated page. Like any other member, you pay
|
||||
a portion of the running costs through your membership fee.
|
||||
|
||||
The Tetalab is NOT a church. It is not intended to accommodate
|
||||
all those who would like to be part of it. Consequently Tetalab
|
||||
operates in the cooptation mode, membership is not
|
||||
systematically granted to those who request it. It seems to us
|
||||
that it makes more sense to come and see what happens there
|
||||
before officially joining the adventure.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 3 – Shut up and do it
|
||||
|
||||
Ideas are useless if they are not followed by actions. Do not
|
||||
waste your time (and do not waste that of others) into
|
||||
unnecessary and endless palaver.
|
||||
Hackerspaces are filled with ideas. But we don't mind you
|
||||
talking endlessly as long as your are not being a nuisance to
|
||||
the others, their work, and their train of thought.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 4 – Tetalab, a activist space
|
||||
|
||||
As part of the Tetalab we are implementing a non hierarchical
|
||||
place, and we leave room for self-management and
|
||||
self-empowerment of people.
|
||||
There is no hierarchy between the members of Tetalab and there
|
||||
will never be.
|
||||
We defend open-source, datalove, freedom of expression, and this
|
||||
place that allows anyone motivated to experiment.
|
||||
The Tetalab will systematically refuse any attempt at political,
|
||||
social or religious orientation. Your personal choices belong to
|
||||
you and you only.
|
||||
Tetalab members do not necessarily share your opinions, you can
|
||||
be vegan when others are pryapists. Learn to hear other
|
||||
people's opinions even when they conflict with your own.
|
||||
If you can not bear certain attitudes, certain speeches, check
|
||||
the rule 2 and/or you should reconsider your place within the
|
||||
Tetalab.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 5 – Making a donation to the Tetalab
|
||||
|
||||
No one is obliged to make more donations than the amount of the
|
||||
membership fee, but some do so to support us.
|
||||
Donations can range from spare parts, to equipment or items that
|
||||
have been used for projects.
|
||||
Making a donation to the Tetalab doesn’t equal getting rid of
|
||||
your old crap such as: prehistorical laptops, or worse, dead
|
||||
ones, cathode ray tube screens and other machines with outdated
|
||||
architecture (very variable concept) and / or insignificant
|
||||
(x86), you got the idea…
|
||||
|
||||
#### 6 - Getting some help to repair your equipment at Tetalab
|
||||
|
||||
Your computer does not turn on or has become very slow recently,
|
||||
or you are still experiencing Windows or MacOS? We can help you,
|
||||
but keep in mind that:
|
||||
* It is up to the goodwill of those present to help you.
|
||||
* We will help; In no case will it be done for you! The
|
||||
Tetalab is not an customer service or repair service!
|
||||
* If you learn to solve a problem, you will be able to solve
|
||||
it in the future by yourself if it happens again, and help
|
||||
someone else who meets the same issue.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 7 – « You’re not at granny’s » - be responsible for yourself
|
||||
|
||||
Being a member of Tetalab allows access to the container and
|
||||
allows the use of its tools and means at any time but in no way
|
||||
to live there. The Tetalab is your hackerspace, not your home:
|
||||
living here is not conceivable, do not even think about it!
|
||||
The term self-management implies something like "on n'est pas
|
||||
chez mémé". This means that everyone is responsible and no one
|
||||
passes behind to clean, store, fold, etc.
|
||||
Thus, if it is nice to find a table where to put your things, it
|
||||
is necessary to leave it clean after you’re gone.
|
||||
In the same way, if beers are welcome, empty cans, bottle caps,
|
||||
packaging and all waste in general are to be taken with you
|
||||
when leaving.
|
||||
And we are firm on these points.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 8 – Health and Safety
|
||||
|
||||
Safety first ! The hackerspace provides its members with a
|
||||
number of tools. Some are dangerous if not used with care.
|
||||
For the safety of everyone, before using tools (especially if
|
||||
it's a first time), ask an experienced member to explain their
|
||||
use.
|
||||
If no member is able/available to give you a hand, please wait.
|
||||
Tools should be stored and cleaned after use. Chips and other
|
||||
debris from your work must be cleaned.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 9 – Kids and other curious kittens
|
||||
|
||||
Children are welcome, but be aware that this is mostly an adult
|
||||
space.
|
||||
Even if "We Make Porn" https://pad.tetalab.org/p/definitions_wmp
|
||||
is only an allusion to the freedom offered by the net, be aware
|
||||
that hackerspace members do not only use the videoprojector to
|
||||
broadcast episodes of my little pony (MLP for the intimates).
|
||||
Similarly, members of the Tetalab do not always monitor their
|
||||
language.
|
||||
Outside the planned "public" events, you probably should not
|
||||
bring children if you fear for their psychological balance.
|
||||
Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult, and they are usually
|
||||
expected to be active during their presence: drooling on the
|
||||
keyboard from boredom will be met with a (maybe not so) gentle
|
||||
push towards the exit.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 10 – Apart from Wednesday evening meetings
|
||||
|
||||
Guests are welcome to Tetalab and Mix'Art-Myrys if accompanied
|
||||
by a member.
|
||||
Tetalab members have the container lock code in their
|
||||
possession.
|
||||
This code is strictly secret and for the exclusive use of
|
||||
Tetalab members. It should not be shared with anyone, not even
|
||||
your mother, spouse or a member of Myrys, regardless of the
|
||||
pressures or the person making the request. It is the
|
||||
equivalent of your ‘root’ password or the secret code of your
|
||||
credit card.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 11.1 - The Double Dragon 2, our space within Mix'Art
|
||||
|
||||
The local Tetalab is for the time being a container located
|
||||
within Mix'Art Myrys (see below).
|
||||
Being a member of Tetalab allows access to the container and
|
||||
allows the use of its tools and means in the terms defined
|
||||
above.
|
||||
It is thus possible to access the container every day, at very
|
||||
elastic times, outside the events organized by Mix'Art Myrys
|
||||
(available on their website).
|
||||
We can therefore come early in the morning and leave very late
|
||||
in the evening, even in the night.
|
||||
Outside the open hours of the Mix'Art-Myrys audience, you can
|
||||
lock the Tetalab, the doors and the access portal of
|
||||
Mix'Art-Myrys.
|
||||
The container is non-smoker, please respect this rule. A
|
||||
non-smoker will always be right to point out that smoking in
|
||||
the container is not tolerated.
|
||||
Although smoking in the warehouse is tolerated, throwing
|
||||
cigarette butts on the floor is unwelcome (see the rule
|
||||
« You’re not at granny’s »).
|
||||
The container has trash cans, thank you for using them. When
|
||||
they are full, feel free (i mean: do it) to empty them and
|
||||
replace the garbage bags.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 11.2 - Sculpture à 50 0000, consommables et matériel
|
||||
|
||||
Respect the facilities / projects of others. Some things are
|
||||
available in the container to be used rather than being hacked.
|
||||
In case of doubt, put a sticker stamped with your name, date,
|
||||
and the mention "Sculpture 50,000" on your projects so that
|
||||
nobody else modifies them, post-it notes are available to you
|
||||
use. This reduces congestion and ensures that space is not used
|
||||
for forgotten projects (they will end up in the dumpster or
|
||||
recycled into spare parts).
|
||||
|
||||
Currently, at the entrance of the container is a space dedicated
|
||||
to the storage of tools, various equipment and some personal
|
||||
projects. From time to time this part of the container is
|
||||
emptied and people are free to retrieve what they need from the
|
||||
objects made available there and only there, so don't forget to
|
||||
label your stuff.
|
||||
In the container you will find storage of materials: wood,
|
||||
tubes, electronic components. There are also boxes filled with
|
||||
other materials.
|
||||
|
||||
All these resources are available to the members of Tetalab, and
|
||||
for this we ask you:
|
||||
* to inquire about the mailing list or a Wednesday evening to
|
||||
know if the material you want to use is not used on another
|
||||
project
|
||||
* keep the falls (remaining material from cutting) rather than
|
||||
throwing them away
|
||||
* not to consume too much material, according to your
|
||||
interpretation of "too much"
|
||||
Taking things out of space temporarily without leaving a note
|
||||
with your contact is a sure way to cause problems, the
|
||||
corkboard is reserved for this use.
|
||||
|
||||
#### 12 - Mix'art Myrys, Self-directed Artists Collective
|
||||
|
||||
The Tetalab is hosted by Mix'art Myrys, which brings together
|
||||
artists and associations of diverse and varied backgrounds
|
||||
(visual artists, musicians, video mapping, associative TV,
|
||||
activist FAI, comedians, ...)
|
||||
The pluridisciplinarity of the practices of the place favors the
|
||||
development of projects between art and technology, and
|
||||
frequently gives birth to collaborations with members of the
|
||||
collective.
|
||||
If other occupants of the place seem like extraterrestrials to
|
||||
you, do not worry, they think the same thing about us!
|
||||
Feel free to approach them, everyone has something to bring, and
|
||||
everyone has something to withdraw from an exchange of know-how.
|
||||
We also participate in open houses and various public events in
|
||||
Mix'art to display our work and promote the hacker culture.
|
||||
Mix'art Myrys works according to the principle of
|
||||
self-management, so all the members are regularly involved in
|
||||
the different aspects of the life of the collective.
|
||||
This involves participation as "staff" during events (weekdays
|
||||
or weekends, THSF, etc.), but also by the involvement in the
|
||||
tasks of everydays (cleaning, storage, works, ...).
|
||||
As a member association of Mix'art Myrys, all Tetalab members
|
||||
are also considered to be members of the collective and, as
|
||||
such, must participate in the life of the collective and the
|
||||
staff in the same way as all Other Myryssians.
|
||||

#### 1 - On est sympa mais pas laxiste
|
||||
|
||||
Une des raisons d'exister du Tetalab est de permettre les
|
||||
rencontres, mais ce n'est **PAS** un lieu d'apéro. Nous voulons vous
|
||||
rencontrer et en apprendre davantage sur ce projet super cool sur lequel
|
||||
vous passez des nuits blanches.
|
||||
|
||||
Casser les choses est toléré ! Par exemple si vous installez des
|
||||
choses sur les machines à disposition des membres et qu'elles cassent,
|
||||
ce n'est pas un souci, ça vous apprendra à les réparer et à trouver une
|
||||
solution pour que ça n'arrive plus.
|
||||
|
||||
Nous ne sommes pas une entreprise, et nous savons que nos
|
||||
expérimentations peuvent amener à des défaillances, ces expériences sont
|
||||
aussi bénéfiques afin d'arriver au résultat final.
|
||||
|
||||
Il est important que toutes les personnes qui bidouillent au Tetalab
|
||||
se sentent à l'aise dans ce lieu. De ce fait on évite de reproduire des
|
||||
schémas d'oppression que l'on peut subir ailleurs (classisme,
|
||||
xénophobie, homophobie, sexisme, transphobie, validisme, agisme,
|
||||
motherfuckisme, règlismes, etc.). Le candaulisme reste néanmoins toléré.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
##### DÉSACCORD (je suis d'accord sur le fait que nous ne sommes pas d'accord)
|
||||
|
||||
Si vous êtes en désaccord avec un ou une autre membre de la
|
||||
communauté, vous devriez essayer de discuter de vos différends.
|
||||
|
||||
Si vous ne pouvez pas travailler sur vos différences en tête-à-tête,
|
||||
vous devriez envisager la médiation avec un tiers.
|
||||
|
||||
Si quelqu'un vous demande de le laisser seul ou de stopper un
|
||||
comportement qui est dirigée vers lui, faites-le. Cette personne est
|
||||
peut-être en train de travailler sur un projet, ou bien à quelque
|
||||
expérience sur le feu. Tout comportement indésirable dirigé en continu
|
||||
vers une autre personne est considéré comme du harcèlement, et le
|
||||
harcèlement quelle que soit sa forme, n'est pas toléré au sein du Tetalab.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
##### EXCLUSION
|
||||
|
||||
Si quelqu'un agit d'une manière incompatible avec cette présente
|
||||
"charte", vous êtes encouragés à lui demander :
|
||||
* de la relire,
|
||||
* et si ce comportement persiste, de quitter le lieu.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
**Tout type de harcèlement entraîne une exclusion immédiate, définitive et sans appel.**
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
#### 2 - Participer et adhérer
|
||||
|
||||
Le Tetalab n'est **PAS** une église. Il n'a pas vocation à accueillir
|
||||
tous ceux/toutes celles qui voudraient en faire partie.
|
||||
|
||||
Vous n'êtes pas obligés d'être membre du Tetalab pour venir
|
||||
participer aux activités qu'il organise (ateliers, événements, etc.).
|
||||
|
||||
Si vous fréquentez régulierement le Tetalab vous devriez considérer
|
||||
y adhérer. Voir [la page dédiée](https://www.tetalab.org/fr/adherer)
|
||||
|
||||
Pour autant le Tetalab fonctionnant sur le mode de la cooptation,
|
||||
l'adhésion n'est pas systématiquement accordée aux personnes qui en font
|
||||
la demande. Il paraît plus logique de venir voir ce qui s'y passe avant
|
||||
de rejoindre officiellement l'aventure.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
#### 3 - Tais-toi et fais-le
|
||||
|
||||
Les idées ne valent pas grand chose si elles ne sont pas suivies
|
||||
d'actes. Ne perdez pas votre temps (et ne gaspillez pas celui des
|
||||
autres) en inutiles et interminables palabres.
|
||||
|
||||
Les Hackerpaces sont remplis d'idées. Leur réalisition trompe
|
||||
toujours les bavards, et tant que ces activités n'interfèrent pas avec
|
||||
le lieu ou les autres membres, vous avez toutes les raisons pour
|
||||
continuer.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
#### 4 - Le Tetalab, un lieu engagé
|
||||
|
||||
Dans le cadre du Tetalab nous mettons en application un
|
||||
fonctionnement sans hiérarchie, et nous laissons la place à
|
||||
l'autogestion et l'auto-responsabilisation des personnes.
|
||||
|
||||
Il n'y a **aucune hiérachie** entre les membres du Tetalab et il n'y en
|
||||
aura **jamais**.
|
||||
|
||||
Nous défendons l'open-source, la liberté d'expression, et ce lieu
|
||||
qui permet à toute personne motivée d'expérimenter.
|
||||
|
||||
Le Tetalab refusera systématiquement toute tentative d'orientation
|
||||
politique, sociale ou religieuse. Vos choix personnels vous
|
||||
appartiennent et n'appartiennent qu'à vous.
|
||||
|
||||
Les membres du Tetalab ne partagent pas nécessairement vos opinions,
|
||||
vous pouvez être vegan quand d'autres sont pryapistes. Apprenez à
|
||||
tolérer les opinions des autres y compris lorsqu'elles vous heurtent.
|
||||
|
||||
Si vous ne pouvez pas supporter certaines attitudes, certains
|
||||
discours, peut-être devriez vous reconsidérer votre place au sein du
|
||||
Tetalab.
|
||||
|
||||

||||
|
||||
#### 5 - Faire un don au Tetalab
|
||||
|
||||
Personne n'est obligé de faire plus de donation que le montant de la
|
||||
[cotisation](https://paiement.tetalab.org), mais certains le font quand même par soutien.
|
||||
|
||||
Les dons peuvent aller de pièces de rechange, jusqu'aux équipements
|
||||
ou des éléments ayant servis à des projets.
|
||||
|
||||
Faire un don au Tetalab ce n'est pas refiler ses vieilles babasses
|
||||
encombrantes telles que :
|
||||
|
||||
PC portables trop vieux ou plus simplement morts, les écrans à tube
|
||||
cathodique et autres machines à l'architecture dépassée (notion très
|
||||
variable, mais ceux qui connaissent savent argumenter) et /ou
|
||||
insignifiantes (x86), ...
|
||||
|
||||
Actuellement, à l'entrée du container se trouve un espace dédié au
|
||||
stockage des outils, du matériel divers et quelques affaires
|
||||
personelles. De temps à autre, cette partie du container est vidée et
|
||||
les personnes sont libres de récupérer ce dont ils ont besoin parmi les
|
||||
objets mis à disposition à cet endroit et uniquement à cet endroit.
|
||||
|
||||

||||
|
||||
#### 6 - Réparer votre matériel au Tetalab
|

d'aider quelqu'un qui rencontrait le même.

#### 7 - On n'est pas chez Mémé
|
||||
|
||||
Être membre du Tetalab autorise l'accès au container et permet
|
||||
l'utilisation de ses outils et moyens à tout moment mais en aucune
|
||||
manière d'y vivre. Le Tetalab est votre hackerspace, pas votre maison :
|
||||
vivre ici n'est pas envisagable, il ne faut même pas y penser !
|
||||
|
||||
Le terme d'autogestion implique quelque chose comme "on n'est pas
|
||||
chez Mémé". Ce qui signifie que chacun est responsable et que personne
|
||||
ne passe derrière pour nettoyer, ranger, plier, etc.
|
||||
|
||||
Ainsi, si il est agréable de trouver une table où poser ses
|
||||
affaires, il est nécessaire de la libérer et de la laisser propre après
|
||||
son passage.
|
||||
|
||||
De la même manière, si les bières sont bienvenues, les canettes
|
||||
vides, les capsules, emballages et tous déchets en général sont à
|
||||
emporter avec soi lors de son départ.
|
||||
|
||||
Et nous sommes fermes sur ces points.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
#### 8 - Santé et sécurité
|
||||
|
||||
Safety first ! Le hackerspace met à disposition de ses membres un
|
||||
certain nombre d'outils. Certains sont dangereux s'il ne sont pas
|
||||
utilisés avec précaution.
|
||||
|
||||
Pour la sécurité de tous, avant d'utiliser des outils (surtout si
|
||||
c'est une première fois), demandez aux membres aguerris de vous en
|
||||
expliquer l'utilisation.
|
||||
|
||||
Si aucun membre n'est capable de vous donner un coup de main,
|
||||
patientez…
|
||||
|
||||
Les outils utilisés doivent être rangés et nettoyés après
|
||||
utilisation. Les copeaux et autre débrits issus de votre travail doivent
|
||||
être nettoyés.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
#### 9 - Les enfants et les curieux en bas-âges
|
||||
|
||||
Les enfants sont les bienvenus, mais soyez conscient que c'est
|
||||
principalement un espace pour adultes.
|
||||
|
||||
Même si "We Make Porn" https://pad.tetalab.org/p/definitions_wmp
|
||||
n'est qu'une allusion à la liberté offerte par le net, sachez que les
|
||||
membres du hackerspace n'utilisent pas le videoprojecteur pour diffuser
|
||||
uniquement des films de mon petit poney (MLP pour les intimes). De même
|
||||
les membres du Tetalab ne surveillent pas toujours leur langage.
|
||||
|
||||
En dehors des événements "tout public" prévus, vous ne devriez
|
||||
probablement pas amener des enfants si vous craignez pour leur équilibre
|
||||
psychologique.
|
||||
|
||||
Les moins de 18 ans doivent être accompagnés par un adulte, et il
|
||||
est généralement attendu qu'ils soient actifs pendant leur présence :
|
||||
baver sur le clavier par ennui est passible d'une reconduction sur la
|
||||
voie publique !
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
#### 10 - En dehors des réunions des mercredis soir
|
||||
|
||||
Les invités sont bienvenus au Tetalab et à [Mix'Art-Myrys](https://wwww.mixart-myrys.org) s'ils sont
|
||||
accompagnés par un membre.
|
||||
|
||||
Les membres du Tetalab ont en leur possession le code du cadenas du
|
||||
container.
|
||||
|
||||
Ce code est strictement secret et à l'usage exclusif des membres du
|
||||
Tetalab. Il ne doit être communiqué à personne, pas même à votre mère,
|
||||
votre conjoint(e) ou un membre de Myrys et ce quelles que puissent être
|
||||
les pressions exercées ou la personne faisant la demande. Il est
|
||||
l'équivalent de votre mot de passe 'root' ou du code secret de votre
|
||||
carte bancaire.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
#### 11.1 - Le Double Dragon, notre atelier à l'intérieur de Mix'Art
|
||||
|
||||
Le local du Tetalab est pour l'heure un container situé au sein de
|
||||
Mix'Art Myrys (voir plus bas).
|
||||
|
||||
Être membre du Tetalab autorise l'accès au container et permet
|
||||
l'utilisation de ses outils et moyens dans les termes sus-définis.
|
||||
|
||||
Il est donc possible d'accéder au container tous les jours, à des
|
||||
horaires très élastiques, en dehors des [événements organisés par Mix'Art
|
||||
Myrys consultables sur le site web](https://www.mixart-myrys.org/programmation.html).
|
||||
|
||||
On peut donc venir tôt le matin et partir très tard le soir, voire
|
||||
dans la nuit.
|
||||
|
||||
En dehors des heures d'ouvertues au public de Mix'Art-Myrys pensez à
|
||||
verrouiller le Tetalab, les portes ainsi que le portail d'accès de
|
||||
Mix'Art-Myrys.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
Le container est non-fumeur, merci de respecter cette règle. Un non-fumeur
|
||||
aura toujours raison de vous faire remarquer que fumer dans le
|
||||
container n'est pas toléré.
|
||||
|
||||
Bien que fumer dans le hangar soit toléré, jeter ses mégots par
|
||||
terre est malvenu (voir la règle "on n'est pas chez Mémé").
|
||||
|
||||
Le container dispose de poubelles, merci de les utiliser. Quand elle
|
||||
sont pleines, ne pas hésiter à les vider et remplacer les sacs poubelles.
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
#### 11.2 - Sculpture à 50 000, consommables et matériel
|
||||
|
||||
Respectez les installations / projets des autres. Certaines choses sont
|
||||
disponibles dans le container pour être utilisées plutôt que pour être
|
||||
hackées. En cas de doute, mettez un autocollant estampillé de votre nom,
|
||||
de la date, et de la mention "Sculpture à 50 000" sur vos projets afin
|
||||
que personne d'autre ne les modifie, des post-it sont à votre
|
||||
disposition à cet usage. Cela permet de réduire l'encombrement et d'être
|
||||
sûr que l'espace ne sert pas à des projets oubliés (qui finiront à la
|
||||
benne ou recyclés en pieces détachées).
|
||||
|
||||
Dans le container, vous trouverez du stockage de matériels: du bois, des
|
||||
tubes, des composants electronique. Il y a aussi des boites remplies
|
||||
d'autres matériels.
|
||||
Toutes ces ressources sont disponibles pour les membres du Tetalab, et
|
||||
pour cela nous vous demandons:
|
||||
|
||||
* de vous renseigner sur la mailing-list ou un mercredi soir pour
|
||||
savoir si le materiel que vous voulez utiliser ne sert pas sur un autre
|
||||
projet
|
||||
|
||||
* de garder les chutes plutôt que de les jeter
|
||||
|
||||
* de ne pas consommer trop de matériel, suivant votre interprétation
|
||||
de "trop"
|
||||
|
||||
Prendre des choses de l'espace temporairement sans laisser une note avec
|
||||
votre contact est un moyen infaillible de causer des problèmes, le
|
||||
tableau en liège est réservé à cette usage.
|
||||
|
||||

||||
#### 12 - Mix'art Myrys, Collectif d'artistes autogéré
|
||||
|
||||
Le Tetalab est hébergé au sein de [Mix'art Myrys](https://www.mixart-myrys.org), qui regroupe des
|
||||
artistes et des associations d'horizons divers et variés (plasticiens,
|
||||
musiciens, mapping video, TV associative, FAI militant, comédiens, ...)
|
||||
|
||||
La pluridisciplinarité des pratiques du lieu favorise le
|
||||
développement de projets entre art et technologie, et donne fréquemment
|
||||
lieu à des collaborations avec des membres du collectif.
|
||||
|
||||
Si d'autres occupants du lieu vous paraissent ressembler à des
|
||||
extraterrestres, ne vous inquiétez pas, ils pensent la même chose de nous
|
||||
!
|
||||
|
||||
N'hésitez donc pas à les approcher, chacun a quelque chose à
|
||||
apporter, et tout le monde a quelque chose à retirer d'un échange de
|
||||
savoir faire.
|
||||
|
||||
Nous participons également aux portes ouvertes et à divers
|
||||
événements publics à Mix'art afin de faire découvrir nos travaux ainsi
|
||||
que la culture hacker.
|
||||
|
||||
Mix'art Myrys fonctionne suivant le principe d'auto-gestion, ainsi
|
||||
tous les adhérents s'investissent de manière volontaire régulierement
|
||||
aux différents aspects de la vie du collectif.
|
||||
|
||||
Cela passe par de la participation aux "staffs" lors des événements
|
||||
(en semaine ou week-end, THSF, etc.), mais également par l'implication
|
||||
aux tâches de la vie de tous
|
||||
|
||||
les jours (nettoyage, rangement, travaux,...).
|
||||
|
||||
|
||||
En tant qu'association adhérente à Mix'art Myrys, tous les membres
|
||||
du Tetalab sont également considérés comme adhérant au collectif, et ,
|
||||
en tant que tels, doivent donc participer à la vie du collectif et aux
|
||||
staffs de la même manière que tous les autres Myryssiens.

Following the 2600 meetings, Tetalab is born in 2009 at Toulouse on Gapz, Alex, PG and Sad Eden initiative with original goal to meet more often and have a place to setup projects.
|

Quickly with word mouth help, passionate people from various bacgrounds eventually gathered.
|
||||
|
||||
At first Tetalab concentrate on 3 points befor spreading in multiple directions:

* A light installation, the LED WALL around which efforts and skills of a handfull of members were gathered to achieve this project that needed electronical understanding and know-how, software engineering and hardware manipulations.

We are a group of people who loves to divert tools and device of their meanings. Like many, we contribute to free software, free hardware and alternative medias projects .

Tetalab is a place where people with a common interest to technology, art and freedom philosophy can meet and collaborate together.

Each member has his own skills and we are always pleased to help someone stuck in a project. The addition of the community and tools makes the Tetalab like it is.

Tetalab principle is share and self-investment. So Tetalab does not initiate any project but its members develop them in it. One comes with an idea, a project and others graft to it if they're interested.

The lab is open 24/7 allowing access to ressources and experimentation at will for members. A weekly public meeting takes place on wednesdays nights from 9PM. This a moment for sharing, meeting, duscussing/presenting about projects in a warm informal athmosphere (Bring your 6 pack, bro').

The Tetlab is establsihed in a shop made from 2 welded 40' marine containers (aka Double Dragon 2) situated within the self-governing artists group Mix'art-Myrys'hangar.

It was built by its members and people from Mix'Art-Myrys.

Suite aux meetings 2600, le Tetalab est né en 2009, à Toulouse sur l'initiative de Gapz, Alex, PG et Sad Eden avec pour but originel de se retrouver plus souvent et d'avoir un espace pour monter des projets.

Rapidement, le bouche à oreille a rassemblé des passionné-e-s venant d'horizons variés.

||||

||||
Le Tetalab s'est cristallisé autour de trois éléments avant de rayonner dans de multiples directions :

#### Le Tetalab & les hackerspaces

Loin d'être une bande de méchant-e-s hackers comme dépeint dans les médias, nous avons à cœur de (re)présenter la culture hacker sous un angle honnête et en accord avec sa réelle philosophie égalitariste : réappropriation des outils technologiques, DIY, logiciels et matériel libres, partage et transmission des connaissances.

Nous sommes un groupe de personnes qui aiment détourner l'utilisation d'outils et d'appareils. Comme beaucoup de hackerspaces nous participons à des projets autour du logiciel libre, du hardware libre, ou des médias alternatifs.

|
||||
Le Tetalab est un lieu où des gens avec un intérêt commun pour la technologique, l'art et la philosophie du libre peuvent se rencontrer et collaborer.
|
||||
|
||||
Chaque membre a ses propres aptitudes et nous sommes toujours ravis de donner un coup de main à quelqu'un qui est coincé dans un de ses projets. C'est l’addition de la communauté et des outils qui fait du Tetalab l'endroit qu'il est.

Le principe du Tetalab est l'échange et l'investissement de chacun-e. Ainsi ce n'est pas l'association en elle-même qui initie des projets mais les membres qui les développent en son sein. Une personne vient avec une idée / un projet et d'autres s'y greffent si ça leur parle ou bien elle se greffe à un projet en cours qui l'intérrese.

||||

Le lab est ouvert 7j/7j et 24h/24h afin de permettre aux membres d’accéder aux ressources et de pouvoir expérimenter quand ils le souhaitent. Un rendez-vous hebdomadaire, ouvert au public, a lieu le mercredi soir à partir de 21h. C'est un moment pour se retrouver, partager, faire des rencontres, et présenter/discuter des projets en cours dans une ambiance chaleureuse et informelle.

Un sentiment d’abattement a été assez largement partagé cet été dans la communauté hackers, et plus largement encore en cette fin d’année 2015. Alors, que faire ensuite ? Que faire maintenant ?

S'appuyer sur la notion de temporalité et de temps long des idées pour penser l'action nous apparaît efficace quand notre volonté est que, au delà des personnes, du groupe et de l'événement lui même, ces idées continuent d'agir et de se perpétuer malgré les aléas du contexte.

Logiciel et matériel libre, DIY, réappropriation et détournement des technologies, sciences, défense des droits et libertés sur Internet, sécurité informatique, arts, création, culture(s), politique et société... Autant de sujets et de pratiques autour desquels les hackers du Tetalab et les artistes de Mix’Art Myrys vous invitent à venir découvrir, apprendre, questionner, partager et construire.

Depuis 2010, le THSF se présente ainsi comme un espace ouvert, de recherche, d’expérimentation et d’échange, aux allures ludiques et chaotiques, qui se joue des normes et des catégories.

Pour cette 8e édition nous avons souhaité un retour aux sources. À la manière des cours d’introduction à une discipline dans les universités américaines, l’édition « Hacking 101 » (prononcez « One o One ») sera l’occasion de revenir sur les fondamentaux de la méthodologie adoptée au sein des hackerspaces :

* FAIRE SOI MÊME (DIY) : construire, démonter, se réapproprier et détourner les technologies existantes, être capable de réaliser des projets sans passer par le seul recours aux experts et professionnels.

* APPRENDRE PARTAGER : rester ouvert curieux, ne jamais cesser d’apprendre, partager ses travaux et ses connaissances. Les communautés hackers, makers et du logiciel libre ont pour habitude de documenter leurs projets.

Après avoir exploré en 2017, les principes fondamentaux de la méthodologie hacker, en particulier l’importance de la communication des savoirs, des techniques et des résultats expérimentaux, l’édition 2018 se penchera sur **le principe même de communication, du et des langage(s) et de leur appropriation pour la création de communs**.

Avec l’extension des espaces d‘information et d’expression permise par internet et le développement continu des technologies de la communication, les mots, le langage, les concepts fusent, se créent, et se détériorent parfois aussitôt.

Les sens varient, vrillent et se galvaudent à mesure que chacun en prend possession, les pratique et les détourne, de façon plus ou moins bien intentionnée.

Pourtant le langage, qu’il soit quotidien, conceptuel, informatique ou artistique, verbal, corporel, mathématique, visuel... demeure un outil privilégié pour la création de communs.
|
||||
|
||||
Souhaitant ne pas laisser à certains pouvoirs économiques le soin d’orchestrer nos modes de penser, d’agir et de discourir, refusant que l’outil numérique et la data ne soient restreintes à une seule « économie de la donnée exclusivement prédatrice, qui repose sur l’élimination des singularités par le calcul », selon les mots de Bernard Stiegler, nous proposons avec la THSF de réunir artistes, chercheurs, hackers et militants qui oeuvrent à la production de langues et langages singuliers pour décrire notre monde et ses mutations, **se l’approprier et se donner une chance de le partager et de générer des Commun(S)**.

||||
L’occasion de revenir sur un premier malentendu : les hackers, à l’opposé de la doxa, ne sont **PAS** des «Personnes qui, par jeu, goût du défi ou souci de notoriété, cherchent à contourner les protections d’un logiciel, à s’introduire frauduleusement dans un système ou un réseau informatique. « (Dictionnaire Larousse), mais plutôt des bidouilleurs de codes et de technologies qui « partagent une idée simple : (...) le partage, le refus de l’autorité, et la nécessité d’agir par soi-même » (Steven Levy, L’Éthique du hacker). Or **porter un regard critique sur le monde et la société à laquelle nous appartenons, dans un souci de responsabilité, ne saurait être en soi frauduleux, mais bien une démarche civique**.

||||
Nous invitons donc les publics et spectateurs à venir participer de ces questionnements et terrains d’expérimentation, à dépasser les abus de langage pour partager in fine du sens et du sensible, dans l’idée que, comme l’écrit Bruno Latour : « Le monde commun est à composer, tout est là. Il n’est pas déjà là enfoui dans une nature, dans un universel, dissimulé sous les voiles chiffonnés des idéologies et des croyances et qu’il suffirait d’écarter pour que l’accord se fasse. Issue de la rencontre entre le [Tetalab](../tetalab) et [Mix’Art Myrys](http://www.mixart-myrys.org), le Toulouse Hacker Space Factory est, depuis 2010, une rencontre autour de conférences, d’ateliers de pratiques et de propositions artistiques, ayant trait aux nouvelles technologies, dans la dynamique des hackerspaces.

C’est un événement basé sur la mise en commun de connaissances, un moment festif et convivial tourné vers l’utilisation créative des technologies, leurs appropriations et les enjeux que cela suscite.

Il est ouvert à tout-e-s, débutant-e-s ou non, expert-e-s ou intéressé-e-s.

#### La cotisation

||||
|
||||
Les frais d'adhésion et les cotisations sont les seuls revenus de l'association, elle ne réclame et ne bénéficie d'aucune subvention.

||||
|
||||
La cotisation est de 50€ pour une année entière.
|
||||
|
||||
Et son réglement se fait par Stripe ([bien plus réglo que Paypal](https://www.wired.com/2010/12/paypal-wikileaks/)).

Plusieurs espaces seront amenagés afin d'accueillir des cours et des ateliers d'initiation autour de divers sujets proposés par les intervenants (Tetalab, TVBruits, Proyectarium, Mix'Art Myrys).

Le dimanche, nous nous retrouverons de 14h à 17h pour des restitutions (ateliers KINO et animation 3D), un moment de debrief et un apéro de clôture.
