A number of essential topics (military monitoring law in France , Snowden revelations, free software, open data ...) were solved in an unsatisfactory way lately.
A sense of disappointment has been fairly shared this summer in the hacker community and even more widely by the end of year 2015.

We have: spaces for workshops, a conference room, a concert hall, a place "do what the fuck you what", stream video, other place for instalations, for nerds, for park, one or two bars and a pipe to internetz (8Gb / s).
